Colormaxx AI ("we", "our", or "the app") is a personal color analysis app developed by Alexander Zaytsev. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

• Selfie photo — used to analyze your facial undertone, contrast, hair color, and eye color. The image is sent to our backend server for processing and is deleted immediately after analysis is complete. We do not store your photos.
• Outfit photos — used to score clothing colors against your personal palette. Processed on our server and deleted immediately after scoring.
• Camera data (Live Scan) — real-time color detection runs entirely on your device. No camera frames are transmitted or stored.
• Apple ID (Sign in with Apple) — we receive a unique, anonymous user identifier and optionally your name/email if you choose to share them. Used solely to save your analysis across devices.
• Purchase information — subscription status is managed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. We receive transaction records to verify your subscription status. We do not see your payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

All data collected is used exclusively to provide the app's core functionality: personal color analysis, outfit scoring, and live color scanning. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the app's features.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. The only services that process your data are:

• Our backend server — for color analysis inference (selfie and outfit photos, deleted after processing)
• RevenueCat — for subscription management (their privacy policy)
• Apple — for Sign in with Apple and App Store transactions

4. Data Retention

Photos sent for analysis are processed in real time and deleted from our servers immediately after the result is returned. Your color analysis results (undertone, contrast, palette) are stored locally on your device and synced via your anonymous Apple ID.

5. Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.

6. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
